This is an article I was very please to come across my newsfeed. This article discusses the Architectural Photography Awards 2022. This is a competition to show "how architectural photography can enhance our understanding of design, rather than merely recording what is there." This is the finalist but the winner will be announced in December, however all 14 of these pictures are incredibly captivating and showcase the architecture to an extremely extent.

I am passionate about both photography and architecture, and they are two disciplines that complement each other so well that they are inseparable. Architecture and photography are inextricably linked and rely heavily on one another. While photography has captured architecture as one of its fundamental subjects, photography has also served architecture as a valuable asset for global representation. A camera lens provided benefits that pencil and paper could not match; photos were more accurate, easily shared, and produced. Although photography enabled detailed, portable, and transmittable images of buildings, the relationship between photography and architecture is driven by the concept of mobility and people.

The relationship between architecture and photography is unique, and I value it not only visually, but also technically and conceptually. Because photography techniques can enhance the qualities that were developed as the building concept.
